The Apocrita

The Apocrita is the scientific name for the metaphor which I chose (the wasp), to study as an inspiration for this design. Another reason is, if it is said as "Apo-crita", it's an informal way of of asking "How are you" in the Malay language, which suits the theme of mailing in this project.

Issue : The deliveries of mail are slow and losing mails are often at risks.

Task : To develop a compartment that will help fasten up the delivery of mails, replacing the blue bags that they used each side of their motorbikes.

Solution: A portable compartment that foucuses on the usability and resistance. It combines the existing and future technology.

Target beneficiaries : Pos Malaysia

Target users : The postmen and the mail receivers
