Telekom Public Phone

the new design

This project applied the Human Factor methods. We were assigned to redesign the public phone. From this project I learned how to discover ideas, get inspirations from users, express design thinking and apply the Human Factors techniques.


Task : Research the weakness in the existing design of public phone and improve it.
Target beneficiares: Telekom Malaysia
